What are Ultra-Low Temperature (ULT) Freezers?
ULT Freezers are designed to store biological samples, vaccines and research materials at ultra-low temperatures, typically around -86°C. At these extreme low temperatures, degradation is halted, meaning samples can be preserved safely for extended periods whilst biological activity is halted. This makes ULTs essential for:
