Occasionally, mistakes do happen and in any circumstances where we are at fault, we will take full responsibility and ensure that amendments are made to your satisfaction. The products we supply are specialist products and designed for use within a medical environment only. Hereby, customers must not use them for the storage of food or other domestic items.   Customers also undertake not to re-sell our products for domestic use.

CoolMed Ltd will not be liable for the following, in the case of resale of the product contrary to the above instruction:

  • Death or personal injury
  • Breach of terms implied in Section 12 of the Consumer Rights Act (2015), relating to title and possession
  • Breach of terms implied in Sections 13, 14 and 15 of the Consumer Rights Act (2015), with regard to description, satisfactory quality and fitness for purpose
  • Defective product (Consumer Protection Act 1987)
